"Bracelet got fixed, but be ready to wait"
My bracelet repair was covered under warranty, which was good, and it did come back fixed. But just a heads up: the whole process took longer than I expected. Replies were slow, and the shipping updates were confusing at times, so I wasn’t always sure what was going on. If you’re sending something in, just be prepared to be patient.

I wore this necklace all day and kept forgetting I even had it on. It’s super lightweight, didn’t itch at all, and sits really nicely. I kind of regret waiting so long to get it because I’m really happy with it.

The jewelry arrived safely and nothing was damaged, so I was definitely happy about that. The pieces themselves are nice, but the packaging felt a bit basic to me. Maybe I was just expecting something a little more polished? The box and wrapping were fine, just not especially neat or gift-like. Overall, it was a good purchase, but I think a little extra care with the presentation would make it feel much better

I ordered a ring from jhannahjewelry.com the sizing was pretty much what I expected. It fits comfortably overall, though it can feel just a little snug if my hands are warmer, which is normal anyway. I don’t really think that’s a sizing issue, and I definitely didn’t feel like it was worth exchanging. I’m happy with it...

I got a necklace from jhannahjewelry.com and the clasp has been holding up well so far. It’s easy enough to close on my own, which I appreciate. I took off one star because it’s sorta tiny and can be a little hard to grab sometimes.

I got a small gold necklace it seems to be exactly what was listed on the site. No weird color change so far, and my skin hasn’t reacted to it, which is a big deal for me because cheap metals usually bother me quickly. Shipping was totally fine too. I’m taking off one star because the clasp feels a little flimsy, but overall I’m happy with it.

The descriptions were way too vague for me. I couldn’t really tell what I was buying until after the fact, and that’s frustrating. If a company is going to sell something, they should be responsible for giving clear, accurate details up front so customers know exactly what they’re paying for.

I tried to exchange a necklace and it turned into a hassle. It took days to get a reply. Then the return rules were confusing. I ended up keeping something I didn’t even want. I won’t be ordering again

I really liked the design when I first got it, and it looked cute on. But after only a few wears, the clasp broke, which was way more stressful than I expected. I thought it would be an easy everyday piece, not something I’d have to worry about fixing so soon. The craftsmanship just feels a bit rough.

The jewelry is really pretty, I’ll give them that, but wow, the shipping felt like it took forever. I kept checking the tracking and it barely changed, which got old fast. It did eventually show up and it’s not a total disaster, but I don’t have the patience for waiting that long again

I had an issue with my order the whole thing was just frustrating. The wording on the site made it sound like the problem would be handled quickly, but that definitely wasn’t the case. It took way too long to get a helpful response, and even when they did reply, nothing actually got fixed. I felt like I had to keep chasing them just to get basic answers. After this experience, I wouldn’t order from them again.

"Still looks great after months of wear"
I’ve had this necklace for almost a year now, and it still looks really good. I wear it often, and I’ve even forgotten to take it off in the shower a few times. The clasp still closes smoothly, the chain hasn’t gotten that dull look, and I haven’t noticed any weird spots or discoloration. So far, no issues at all
